Heather Locklear arrested for punching police officer and kicking EMT

Heather Locklear was arrested Sunday night after attacking a police officer and a paramedic, it's been confirmed.

Page Six reports that California authorities arrested 56-year-old Locklear at around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night and charged her with battery on a police officer and emergency personnel.

The Daily Mail published photos of Locklear, 56, leaving the facility at 9:10 a.m.in a gray hoodie, plaid flannel pajama trousers and flip-flops after her attorney, William Haney, posted her $20,000 bail. Her bail was set at $20,000.

In emergency dispatch audio from that incident, which was obtained by TMZ, a dispatcher claimed that a family member said Heather was "trying to hurt herself and is looking for a gun to shoot herself".

Authorities reported that she appeared to be "heavily intoxicated" at the time of arrest, and she punched a police officer who attempted to intervene.

It said most of the layoffs would come from executive ranks and none from production lines that could impact the rollout of the Model 3.

Locklear was also allegedly unco-operative with the sheriff's deputies and became combative.

The police were originally alerted to the situation by a family member, who informed them of a disturbance near her home.

Locklear's arrest comes on the heels of the actress being hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation on June 17. She has pleaded not guilty in that case, which remains pending. At the time, sources close to her said that she was "spiraling out of control".

DailyMail.com has reached out to Locklear's reps for comment. While the EMT was evaluating her, she allegedly kicked him as well.

Things took a turn again however just last week, when the actress allegedly battered her parents and threatened to take her own life.
