The American and North Korean envoys to the United Nations -sponsored Conference on Disarmament debated the danger presented by each other's nuclear capabilities in a lively exchange at a meeting held on Tuesday in Geneva, Switzerland.
The two traded blows at the UN-sponsored Conference on Disarmament in Geneva where United States disarmament ambassador Robert Wood said that North Korea might be able to hit the continental USA with a nuclear-tipped ballistic missile within months.
