Former Celtic, Manchester United midfielder Liam Miller dies aged 36

Tributes are being paid to former Ireland worldwide Liam Miller, who's passed away aged 36.

"On behalf of all my staff who worked with Liam at the time, we send our deepest sympathy to his family".

During his career Miller earned 21 senior caps for his country between 2004 and 2009 and scored one goal against Sweden at Landsdowne Road.

The previous Celtic, Manchester United and Leeds United midfielder played for Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar and Melbourne City in the vicinity of 2011 and 2014.
