The cause of the blaze is being investigated by the city fire marshal, a department spokesman said. Videos showed the smoke coming out of the building, but a raging fire could not be seen. Even in India, a massive fire had broken out at two restaurants in Kamal Mills area of Mumbai in which 14 people including 11 women were injured. The building houses luxury apartments and businesses.
"Although local media initially reported there were no injuries, one person sustained a serious, possibly life-threatening injury, and another had a minor injury, the Fire Department said", reports Reuters.
