Google is replacing defective Nexus 6P units with Pixel XLs, but only in North America

Hate Android Oreo's new emoji? You may be able to bring the blobs back in a future Android release

You should expect Google to announce two phones, a standard Pixel 2 and an XL version like last year's model (and the offerings from every other smartphone maker). It is worth noting that Google past year also launched its Pixel 2 and the Pixel XL 2 smartphones on October 4. And now the tech enthusiasts around the world are eagerly waiting for the launch of Googles Pixel 2 devices. It clearly reveals the caption "Ask more of your phone" along with the Google "G" branding below followed by the date. Google needs to continue that sort of excellence while enhancing the overall photo experience by adding manual settings and more controls to the camera app, while improving on low-light image quality.

As a token of goodwill gesture, Google is said to be offering the flagship Pixel phones as replacement for defective Nexus 6P units even when the device is out of warranty or outside the original one-year warranty. The G011C is what lends itself to being a Pixel XL 2.

As per the recent reports, the Pixel 2 smartphone contains the squeezable frame, and this feature resembles the HTC U11. Are any of you now using a Google Pixel? The video shows a Google search for various questions about smartphones, hinting at some of the problems Google is looking to address with the Pixel 2.

Visitors to the website will see a splash page inviting them to "Stay tuned for more on October 4" by signing up for news on the new phone via email. The Taimen is the bigger phone, while the Walleye is the smaller one.

Kavanagh - who is now in Florida - added: "The Nate Diaz trilogy fight at lightweight is what I'd personally like to see next". Both fights were superb viewing, too, with Diaz forcing a submission in the first but losing the rematch on points.

Google hasn't officially confirmed that it will introduce the new Pixel devices on that date, but we probably won't have to wait long before that happens.

We all know that Google has partnered with HTC to manufacture the Pixel and Pixel XL.

Speaking of which, Google dropped the bomb - concerning the Pixel 2/Pixel XL 2 launch - just two days after Apple launched its next batch of iPhones.
