WATCH: Wyoming punter can't put the foot in football
Wyoming punter Tim Zaleski made his collegiate debut Saturday at Iowa and had a moment he'd like to quickly forget. Iowa scored a touchdown with 22 seconds remaining, giving it a 14-3 halftime lead. He probably took some of the pressure off the rest of his team, most notably potential first round quarterback Josh Allen, because the whole team was underwhelming in their 24-3 loss.
Allen got to hear all about how good he is, too. On the very next play, quarterback Nathan Stanley capitalized on Zaleski's gaffe by finding Noah Fant in the end zone for a 27-yard touchdown. Getting an opponent's best already was something Allen was expecting. The Cowboy defense were also stout holding Iowa to 263 yards of offense.
However, UW managed just 233 yards of total offense - 3.3 yards per play.
One key sequence Saturday showcased the struggles of UW's offense and special teams units.
Oxlade-Chamberlain Rejects Chelsea
Oxlade-Chamberlain has thus agreed to move to Liverpool in a £35 million move and the player conducted a medical at St. He is a good player for the squad at this moment, but central midfield, I am still scratching my head on that one.
"They're a really good defensive and a good program and this is what we expected of them", Allen said after the game about Iowa.
To the dismay of the 12 scouts from seven National Football League teams in attendance, Allen's 36-yard gem to Johnson was a rarity. "One of the better ones I have seen in a long time".
"We worked hard on stripping the football over the summer and it helped us make plays today", Bohl said.
While attempting to pin the Iowa offense as far back as possible, he forgot to actually kick the ball. The redshirt junior Texas native played his best game in the black & gold. Rico Gafford came up big with a one handed interception. Named to the Maxwell Award preseason watch list, the 6-foot-5 Allen has been rated as a possible first-round pick in next year's NFL Draft should he decide to enter.

He was hit by allegations in May that he plagiarized content in his master's thesis on homeland security, which he denied. In January, after four inmate deaths in county jails, County Supervisor Supreme Moore Omokunde urged Clarke to resign.
