Taylor Swift Appears in Court for Cross Examinations on Day 2 of Groping Trial

Taylor Swift's defense team digs into former DJ in cross-examination to kick off trial

She is expected to take the stand at some point in the near future.

The picture taken before her show at the Pepsi Center in Denver shows Swift leaning away from Mueller whose right hand appears to be hovering near her rear end.

In a deposition, Swift maintained she was certain of her allegations.

Testimony in Taylor Swift's lawsuit trial accusing a former Denver DJ of groping her has been delayed while the judge holds a closed hearing to discuss evidence.

Mueller denies any inappropriate contact.

Mueller says the photo only shows him trying to jump into the frame.

Mueller was sacked days after the incident. Mueller also stated that Swift had been groped, but said that it was one of his former KYGO bosses who had been the one to inappropriately touch the singer and had bragged to Mueller about doing so (a claim that Mueller had also made in an earlier court document).

Mueller acknowledged in court on Wednesday Swift, 27, and her team did not file a lawsuit against him at the time and said he didn't know who released the photograph of him, his girlfriend and Swift from the meet-and-greet in 2013.

Insurance firm: 2 employees hurt in Swiss attack
Prosecutor Peter Sticher said Wrousis has two previous convictions for offenses against weapons laws, one from 2014 and 2016. Wrousis appeared to have been targeting employees of CSS Insurance who were working in the company's office in Schaffhausen.

He said Swift had been part of thousands of meet-and-greets, but had never had an incident like what happened with Mueller. Swift countersued, claiming sexual assault. "The accused has an alibi, but he only came up with it two years later". The trial is expected to last around nine days; likely until 17 August. However, while Mueller is suing her for $3 million, she wants just $1 million in damages.

Mueller's attorney countered on redirect by showing some photos with people who had their arms around Taylor Swift's waist.

Baldridge also dug into Mueller's relationship with Haskell-forcing Mueller to admit that he and his boss didn't see eye-to-eye on many issues. Mueller and his legal team tried to pose the wrecked electronics as an accident (coffee spill!), but U.S. District Judge William Martinez found the actions suspicious enough to warrant the sanction.

Swift's attorney, Douglas Baldridge, attacked the credibility of former Denver DJ David Mueller on Tuesday, asking jurors, "What's wrong with this picture?" Baldridge asked, "Do you consider a sexual assault to be something that you would describe as silly?"

When Mueller first sued Taylor, - which, mind you, was two years after he was sacked - he said that he believed she mistook him for a co-worker of his, who he said described putting his hands on Taylor's bottom while they were taking their photo.

He also acknowledged, under his own attorney's questioning, the so-called mishaps that led to a nearly-2-hour audio tape of that meeting-which led to his firing the next day-being destroyed either accidentally or unknowingly after he sent an edited-down version of the tape to his lawyer months later.

"Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms".
