Coming off antidepressants is really hard- here's one tired mother's journey

When we talk about "sectioning" we are talking about the section of the Mental Health Act 1983 under which someone is held. The event will convene Fortune 100 executives, leading academic experts in mental health, and representatives from national and global health organizations.

The website goes on to explain that specialist CAMHS are NHS mental health services, comprising multidisciplinary teams with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and psychotherapists.

Unlike, say, cancer, mental health carries an unfortunate stigma that diminishes society's collective urgency to address the issue. And we don't need a special month to remind us of that.

Now the Foundation is calling for a Royal Commission to seek ways of preventing mental ill health, focusing on reducing the risk. We can help in many ways.
