Roger Goodell is expected to tell National Football League owners group celebrations, using ball as prop after TDs, going to ground, snow angels are now allowed.

Now the interesting part will be whether owners - a group which skews rather older than players - are willing to go along. Instead there will be one mandatory roster cut, going from a 90-man roster to a 53-man roster. He has recorded at least 100 receptions and 1,200 yards in each of the past four seasons. Hopefully with the league's lax rules, Brown can enjoy his end zone celebrations without hurting the team. Last season the league adjusted the rule as well, not requiring the teams to identify the player designated to return in advance.
