Jordanian stabber shot dead in Jerusalem

In an act of unmitigated chutzpah, Jordan on Saturday evening pointed a finger of blame at Israel for shooting dead a Jordanian citizen since the police officer was not seriously wounded, signaling the shooting of the terrorist was unjustified.

Israeli police said the man, whose name was not revealed, arrived in the country a week ago on a tourist visa and that investigation was still ongoing.

According to Israel Police, Skaji stabbed a police officer in his late 30s Saturday afternoon in Jerusalem's Old City near the Lions' Gate.

"Before he was overpowered, the assailant stabbed (with a knife) a police officer who was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity", - stated in the message.

The film, put on the internet, showed police chasing and trying to grab attacking Palestinian women inside the Muslim holy place.

The officer was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.
