Fighter's uncle punches opponent at the end of a title fight

Jose Uzcategui and Andre Dirrell were contending for the vacant interim super middleweight title.

The punch led to an altercation involving members of the crowd.

Dirrell's uncle, Leon Lawson, who punched Uzcategui after the fight was over, is wanted by cops and they dont know where he is.

By any measure: not okay. The vicious champion then spoke into the microphone and commented on the now-infamous brawl between Andre Dirrell's uncle and Jose Uzcategui.

This marks Dirrell's 26th victory, having only lost twice, both to British boxers Carl Froch and James DeGale.

"He cares for me", concluded Dirrell, "He loves me".

A fight between two boxers was marred after a corner man went into the ring and video shows him punching one of the combatants - and now, reports say police are involved. If tried and convicted, Lawson could face a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.

"We boys are gladiators, and sometimes emotions get the best of us", Russell said. "I forgive Uzcategui. I forgive his camp".
