Spring sunshine could give way to wintry washout for Easter weekend

Under a partly cloudy sky, look for highs to return to the mid 80s. While there is a chance for a few showers on Easter, most of the day will be dry and warm.

"It's further north where we're most likely to see some outbreaks of rain but even there it'll be showers, it'll be on and off, there'll still be some sunshine". Friday will be breezy and the warmest day of the week. Highs will hover around 80 degrees (and it'll be a bit muggy), but a cold front is on the move...bringing cooler weather with it.

There will be a lot more clouds around on Wednesday, with highs sliding back into the 60s.

A cold front moving through Thursday will make for a breezy and wet day and could fuel a few thunderstorms capable of producing small hail and wind gusts near 40 miles per hour.

We should remain fairly dry for the rest of the week.
